What services does Bison Bros offer?
Bison Bros provides year round exterior services for both residential and commercial properties. These services include lawn mowing, spring cleanups, fall cleanups, and snow and ice services such as driveway, sidewalk, and walkway clearing. We also provide service options suitable for small commercial lots, storefronts, rental properties, and multi unit locations.
Which areas do you serve?
We currently serve Edmonton and surrounding neighbourhoods. If you are unsure whether your address falls within our service area, you can contact us or submit a request and we will confirm it for you.
Do I need to sign a long term contract?
No. You do not have to sign a long term contract. We offer one time services as well as recurring service options, depending on what best suits your needs.

What lawn services do you provide?
Our lawn services may include lawn mowing, trimming, edging, spring and fall cleanups, and basic debris or yard waste removal. Availability depends on the season.
How often can I schedule lawn mowing?
You can choose one time mowing, occasional visits, weekly mowing, or bi weekly mowing during the active lawn season. We will confirm the schedule with you after reviewing your request.
Do you bag grass clippings?
Bagging or mulching can depend on your preference and the service option you select. If you have a preference, please include it in your request so we can discuss available options.

What snow services do you provide?
Snow services can include driveway clearing, sidewalk clearing, walkway clearing, step clearing, and ice melt application when requested.
When do you typically come for snow removal?
Timing depends on snowfall levels, weather conditions, and the volume of requests. We always aim to attend as soon as reasonably possible after snowfall. Heavy storms or dangerous conditions may cause delays.
Are you responsible for ice or slippery conditions after you leave?
We do our best to clear snow and apply ice melt when requested, but we cannot guarantee that ice will not form again after service. Weather changes, re freezing, drifting snow, and new snowfall can quickly create new slippery conditions. For full details, please review our Safety and Liability Policy.

How do I book a service?
You can request service through the Book a Service form, the Check Availability form, or by contacting us through our Contact page. Once we receive your request, we will review the details and follow up to confirm availability and pricing.
Does submitting a form mean I am automatically booked?
No. Form submission is a request only. We will confirm availability, pricing, and timing before officially scheduling your service.
Can I reschedule or cancel a service?
Yes. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Repeated cancellations or access issues may affect future scheduling.

How do you determine pricing?
Pricing depends on property size, layout, frequency of service, weather conditions, and the type of service requested. We will confirm your pricing before or at the time of service whenever possible.
When is payment due?
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the service. Some jobs or repeat services may require deposits or pre payment.
Do you offer refunds?
Bison Bros does not offer a formal refund program. If you believe there is an issue with your service, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours so we can review your concern and work toward a reasonable resolution.

What do I need to do before you arrive?
Please remove or secure hoses, toys, tools, cords, decorations, and any objects that could interfere with the work area. Keep pets and children away from active work areas, and make sure that gates, driveways, and walkways are accessible. Let us know about any special concerns or hazards on your property.
What happens if something gets damaged during service?
We always aim to work carefully and responsibly. If you believe damage has occurred during a service, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours with details and photos. We will review the situation and respond as soon as possible. Our Safety and Liability Policy provides more detail and guidance.
Are you responsible for pre existing issues or hidden hazards?
No. Bison Bros is not responsible for pre existing damage or hidden hazards such as buried objects, unseen sprinkler heads, outdoor cables, or other items that are not visible or disclosed before service.
